There are lots of stories about "weird rules."  But somehow they rarely mention this one.  The truly weird one that only exists in one state.   For now.

There ARE some weird, unexplainable rules out there, but most of these particular rules exist in more than one state, or are variations on basic rules like clothing exemptions, admissions taxes, food rules, etc.  But I understand people like examples of "weird" rules, so here ya go....
