This report makes it look like not that many businesses are involved. But, it only counts internet "retailers." It doesn't include ALL businesses, including service companies, manufacturers and distributors. Pretty sure they're missing a lot. And it ignores the cost of implementation of the systems and software. I'm also not happy with the information they quote in the background section. Bottom line, I don't like the report. But it gave me the opportunity to be a little snotty.
