No Sales Tax On The Internet! Dick Morris TV: Lunch Alert!

One of the things that makes me nervous about ANY political pundit is that, when they start babbling about something I know about, they get it wrong.

This guy got, in the space of about a one minute video, several things wrong: Here's an edited version of what I wrote on the blog:
"You're wrong. It's not "taxing the internet," it's simply expanding the definition of when companies are required to collect the tax in states they ship to (nexus). AND, all of the proposals establish a floor so that smaller businesses don't have to worry about this. AND, there are 45 states that impose a sales tax, plus DC. So it's not "50" as you mentioned several times. Try doing some research."
